The Ministry at Evening Light Fellowship
The most important thing today is a good God-sent preacher, because the Body
of Christ can only serve God as His servants minister the Word of God to them.
The purpose of the ministry is to edify the body of Christ and perfect the saints
according to Ephesians 4:11-16. The Word of God is alive and powerful, and God
has ordained His ministers to speak the truth in love so that the whole body
can grow into the perfect image of Christ.

Ephesians 4:11-16

11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and
some, pastors and teachers;

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying
of the body of Christ:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son
of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of
Christ:

14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about
with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness,
whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which
is the head, even Christ:

16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which
every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of
every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Welcome to Happy Valley Church of Jesus Christ. We are a Non-Denominational church but our roots run from the early Pentecostal era making our services more of a Pentecostal type of atmosphere. Our congregation numbers around 600 brothers and sisters of whom many have relocated to our area from as far away as Arizona, Florida, Louisiana, Washington D.C., Georgia, North Carolina and an international flavor from Trinidad, Puerto Rico, Kenya and the Congo. There are so many other places to mention but this gives you just a little overview of our congregation.

With the diverse makeup of our congregation also brings the many different styles of special singing. You will hear contemporary voices, classical voices, bluegrass voices, and some ‘good ole’ Southern gospel singing.

The main focus and purpose of Happy Valley is God’s word, and taking the words of the Bible and putting them into action in a people that will make a better neighbor, a better husband, wife, son or daughter and to reach out to the unsaved.

Brother Donny Reagan is the pastor of Happy Valley and has the great task of feeding many sheep with many different needs week by week, so sit down and buckle up. Brother Reagan is a very dynamic preacher who preaches what you need to hear and not what you want to hear. You look for a pastor who has a shepherd’s heart and that’s exactly what Brother Donny has.

Our Mission

To be a lighthouse to the local area by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ that we believe has been restored to its purity by God’s angel messenger to the seventh and last Gentile church age as described in the book of Revelations (Rev. 3:14-22), and supernaturally vindicated by God to be the truth, thus offering an alternative to those serious souls seeking reality beyond the denominational creeds and doctrines of this Laodicean church world.

To support other assemblies of like precious faith, and sponsor mission work throughout all parts of the world that is dedicated to spreading this endtime gospel light.

To promote the spiritual growth of the local assembly by acknowledging and supporting the Bible ordained five-fold ministry (Ephesians 4:11-13) and therefore, frequently holding special local meetings with guest ministers to speak.

To minister to the needs of individuals and families that are struggling with, and seeking Biblical answers to, their unique problems.

About Us

Cloverdale Bibleway Church has grown from humble beginnings in 1971, to a vigorous
congregation of some 800 members. Pastor Edward Byskal and four full time ministers
care for the needs of the congregation and the extensive overseas Bible Believers
Missions work. This includes providing ministry in over 40 countries during
the last 28 years. The ministry of Cloverdale Bibleway reaches multitudes worldwide
by way of video ministry. The objective and spiritual thrust of Cloverdale Bibleway
and Pastor Edward Byskal, is to make known the fulfillment of prophecy according
to Malachi 4:5-6; Luke 17:30; Revelation 3:14-21, and to provide the world with
“many infallible proofs” through the ministry of God’s Prophet Messenger, Reverend
William Branham. This most unique ministry spanned 33 years, and touched the
lives of millions through massive healing meetings and evidence of the supernatural.
Pastor Byskal was an eyewitness to these meetings and personal acquaintance
